This time, it is at loggerheads with the founders of one of its biggest acquisitions — Jampp. Sources say this could have a direct impact on Jampps performance and in turn impact Affle s financials given the formers significant revenue contribution.

linkedin Affle has announced that it has acquired Jampp, a programmatic mobile marketing company. Jampp was launched in 2013 in Argentina. It has offices in Brazil, Singapore and the USA. Anuj Khanna Sohum, chairman, MD and CEO, Affle, said “We are excited to announce this acquisition and welcome the Jampp team on-board.
