In an Aug. 24 letter to customers obtained by Plastics News, Dow officials said that the cutback was tied to "continued global logistics constraints," including port and rail congestion in the U.S. Gulf Coast and "dynamic conditions" in Europe.
The Roll ‘n' Recycle packaging has consumers roll up the empty semi-rigid pouch after it is empty. Once it's rolled up into a 3D shape it can be recognized by sorting systems, so it can go into curbside recycling.
