Jonitha Keymoore as its new senior director of global acquisitions.
Reporting to FilmRise’s SVP of acquisitions and co-productions Max Einhorn, Keymoore will manage international film and TV acquisitions to grow the company’s licensing and distribution business, and build its network of AVOD streaming services. She started April 12, and is succeeding Whitney Muroff, the company’s first senior director of global acquisitions, who left the company in February to join Discovery+’s acquisitions team, according to a FilmRise spokesperson.
No stranger to acquisitions, Keymoore previously worked as ViacomCBS’ senior director of content acquisitions, where she licensed content from the likes of Sony, Disney and MGM for Paramount+, Nickelodeon and Nick Jr. Prior to that, she was Konami Cross Media NY’s director of distribution, where she handled
