witnessed efforts by mark judge to cause girls to become inebriated and disoriented so they could be gang raped in a side bedroom by a train of boys. that s the most serious allegation in this entire affidavit. that s an allegation that kavanaugh helped prep the girls to be so inebriated that they couldn t consent. i would also say and people should be careful when they read this because when you read the entire document, it s really shocking as you read these things. when you go back and when lawyers go back over this, 90% of what she said is hearsay. she s saying somebody else told me this, i heard a rumor about this or i saw him grinding against a girl who didn t consent. how would she know the girl didn t consent unless she asked. these technicalities will be
workplace. i want equality in education. i think that is the most hollow of all arguments. there s just no justification for blaming the era. it s seeming more and more like consensual is a gray area. where is the burden of proof in this? well, consensual to me is not gray at all. that s because everybody has exclusive authority over their own body. so if i didn t consent, it doesn t matter what you think. it is my body. of course, when you hear stephanie talk about what richard dreyfuss had to say, he says, i thought it was okay. yes, i understand that. but he is not allowed to make a mistake about whether somebody else consented. either they did or they didn t. it s black and white issue and her choice alone to make. if he wasn t clear or if he made a mistake about it, that s his problem and he was offending her and it was his responsibility to back off in the absence of

both sides, senator gillibrand s comments and general neler s commands comments neller s comments, it sends a message. we need to find out which females maybe there s a picture out there where a female consented. maybe they didn t consent. maybe there was access to a particular database for posting a photo that was illegal, so it s not like there s just one particular crime that might have been committed or the stories might have been the same. tucker: yeah, i mean, there are a lot of things to worry about with the u.s. armed forces especially the marine corps. most are involved around their capacity to defend the united states of america. i m not sure why congress would be involved in something like this for the first place. for the third time, not make anything defense of this, it s bad, but let s be real here. here is the real agenda. this is part of what senator gillibrand says and gets to what she s really after. watch this. i m very concerned this is part of a culture tha
