Shuttered Venue Operators grants in Delaware total $13 67 million

Delaware Business Now Reading Time: 3 minutes A Wilmington movie theater received the most funds, according to a Small Business Administration database of recipients of  The Shuttered Venue Operators Grant. Penn Cinema Riverfront, Wilmington,  received $2.5 million, followed by Atlantic Theaters, located near Rehoboth Beach, which received $1.97 million. The program includes over $16 billion in grants to shuttered venues,  administered by SBA’s Office of Disaster Assistance. Eligible applicants may qualify for grants equal to 45% of their gross earned revenue, with the maximum amount available for a single grant award of $10 million. $2 billion is reserved for eligible applications with up to 50 full-time employees.
