Crescent College Comprehensive received the go ahead for a new state-of-the-art 5 science laboratories block, a roof replacement and a complete refurbishment of the existing school building.
It s expected to be completed by September 2023 in a 18 to 24 month timeframe.

Portlaoise GAA has launched a newsletter to keep members updated on what s going and an appeal has been issued to everyone involved with the club back the Laois GAA all clubs draw.
The first issue of the Town Tatler, which is edited by Cathal O Sullivan and Aedín Dunne, includes interviews with Declan McEvoy and Diarmuid Mullins.
