Up to 300 people are marching through Cork city calling for an end to the lockdown.
The event, which kicked off at 2pm, saw people go from Grand Parade towards Patrick St with the march still taking place.
A spokesman for the organisers is currently addressing the crowd outside Brown Thomas.
Gardai spoke with a number of people shortly before it started, but allowed the rally to go ahead.
