A 35-year-old mother, who does not want to be identified, sent three of her children to the daycare and claimed Mr Croxford appeared to be living at the home. When parents were dropping off, basically he d be staying in Betty s room and parking the car down the road, she told 9News.
Mr Croxford, who is dating the daughter of child care operator Dianne Hooper, had a Working With Children Check and was registered as living at the home in 2017.
But for a period of time before that, authorities had no knowledge he was there.
