Voters in each primary can vote for four candidates, so four or five candidates could move on to the November election, depending on whether the exact same candidates or slightly different sets are victorious in each primary.
Voters in the following precincts will vote in this race: Chestnuthill One, Chestnuthill Two, Chestnuthill Three, Chestnuthill Four, Eldred, Polk and Ross.
The seats are at-large, meaning voters in all precincts across the district determine who fills all the seats, as opposed to school directors being elected by regions within the district.
The candidates are Laura Jecker, Melanie Zipp, Diane M. Serfass, Donna Yozwiak and Michael Galler.
