Diana Ribeiro Duarte joined Morais Leitão in 2006. She’s a member of the firm’s corporate and M&A and capital markets team. Diana’s practice is focused on the areas of corporate and commercial law. She provides legal assistance on acquisitions and sales of shareholdings, mergers, split transactions, restructurings and advises clients on the establishment and execution of commercial partnerships. She has acted in a wide variety of business sectors, notably energy, information technologies, internet services, research and development and healthcare. She is also deeply experienced as a legal advisor in the setting up of equity funds and provides day-to-day regulatory advice to several private equity funds.
