Speaking at the inauguration of the Diamond Jubilee Year of the Supreme Court, Justice B R Gavai emphasized the court s role in safeguarding citizens rights and the ideals of justice, liberty, equality, and fraternity. He also highlighted the importance of diversity and representation in the judiciary.
