Suspended ANC secretary-general Ace Magashule has told the Free State High Court that he objects to the corruption, fraud and money laundering charges he faces.
The state prosecutor, Johan de Nysschen, confirmed to Judge Cagney Musi that he indeed did receive notices of a complaint from Magashule’s legal counsel. According to the state's indict.
This is to allow all the accused ample time to submit their responding affidavits to the charges leveled against them by the state. One of the accused, who is yet to submit this notice, is suspende.
