Reports from the Cross Roads police are that about 8:30 a.m., Saturday, December 6, Shandeka s friend went looking for her at her room at the guest house. The friend gained entry to the room and found Shandeka lying in a pool of blood. She then made an alarm and the police were summoned. Shandeka was then transported to the hospital where she was pronounced dead.
