Jaipur: Communal clashes broke out in Chhabra town of Baran district in Rajasthan on Sunday following the stabbing of two youths. As the members of two communities clashed, several shops and were torched and vandalised by mobs. In order to maintain the law and order situation, the authorities imposed a curfew and suspend the Internet in the area. Fortunately, there was no casualty in the violent incident.
The members of the two communities were armed with sticks, iron rods and weapons and continued the rampage till late evening. Besides, setting shops on fires, the mob also damaged police and government vehicles.
