teacher for 36 years, has sent the state education department a list of suggestions on how they can conduct the Class X exams, egging them on to reverse their decision of cancelling them. While on one hand, the state seems extremely unprepared for the situation, Kulkarni has not only filed a PIL against the cancellation of the exams but has also detailed a solution to the problem at hand.
In the comprehensive list of suggestions sent by Kulkarni to the department of education, he has stated that it is indeed possible to hold the Class X examinations, keeping all the necessary COVID-19 protocols in mind.
