The Contra Costa County District Attorney's Office charged a 20-year-old Vallejo man Tuesday with multiple crimes in connection with a police pursuit last week that ended in a fatal West County collision.
The 6-year-old boy was in critical condition after the vehicle his mother was driving was struck by an SUV whose driver was fleeing from Hercules police.
