Second person in vehicle that crashed with Denver Fire truck dies KMGH and last updated 2021-01-28 19:19:08-05 DENVER – A second woman who was riding in a vehicle that was hit by a Denver Fire Department truck last Saturday has died, Denver police said Thursday. Police said the adult woman died at an area hospital. The Office of the Medical Examiner identified the woman as Debra Williams, 53, and said her cause of death was blunt force injuries. The crash happened Saturday afternoon on Broadway at the intersection of E 7th Ave./Speer Blvd. DFD spokesperson Greg Pixley said the fire engine was responding to an emergency and had its lights and sirens on at the time of the crash, though it’s still unclear exactly what led to it. Denver police are investigating the crash.
