shows. choice. here is abc s devon dwyer. reporter: the parents of jordan davis as their son s killer, michael done, mounted his defense. they questioning the act three of davis friends gave in the dispute about the loud music. talk about the facts surrounding his death. they talked about how sorry they were that my son was killed. reporter: the 17-year-old davis accident scene here in this youtube video, was struck and killed in a flurry of dunn s bullets. prosecutors suggest dunn used premeditated murder using the semiautomatic weapon he kept in the glove compartment of his car. the medical examiner said davis was leaning away from dunn when he was shot, challenging the claim dunn said davis was confrontational, trying to get out of his car in those moments. davis was likely bending over in a position similar to this. reporter: dunn s defense
