The junior squad team have missed the chance to paddle during lockdown Due to lockdown, the junior racing squad at Devizes Canoe Club have been forced to find new ways to keep motivated. Paddling is not hugely accessible at the moment due to health and safety and the cold weather, and with group sessions cancelled many young people struggled to stay active. Therefore, the coaching team came up with a running challenge and forged the goal of completing 350km as a team in January. Each paddler had to send in their run distances over the month and a running total was sent out each week.
