Fort Loramie sees growth in 2020
FORT LORAMIE In 2020 the village of Fort Loramie benefited from a significant investment in private building projects.
“A total of 23 building permits were issued totaling $2,865,383 in value. There were two homes and a three-unit condo that began construction in 2020. The biggest investment in new construction was TMK Enterprises adding a 10,000-square foot addition to their existing facility at 200 Enterprise Drive in the industrial park,” said Tony Schmitmeyer, village administrator.

Two businesses became part of the Fort Loramie Community in 2020. The Fort Loramie Brewing Company open a microbrewery at 17 N. Main in our downtown area. Logan A/C & Heat Service out of Dayton Ohio opened an office in downtown Fort Loramie.
