My colleague and friend Kumudini David recently had a PCR test done and tested positive for COVID-19. She opted for the local quarantine center alternative, monitored and controlled by the Sri Lankan Government and supervised by the SL Army, provided free of charge to all citizens in mandatory quarantine.
