Reopening of north-east leisure facilities to start next week Leisure facilities across Aberdeenshire will start reopening next week as coronavirus restrictions ease.
Operator Live Life Aberdeenshire says a number of its venues will open for indoor use between April 26 and May 2.
These include:
Aboyne Pool, Fitness Suite and Sports Facilities
Ellon Swimming Pool
Turriff Sports Centre
Macduff Marine Aquarium
Some other facilities may also open next week, but all should be back in operation by May 16, except Turriff Swimming Pool - which is undergonig essential maintenance and will stay shut until July.
A spokesperson said: We are delighted to be reopening facilities to the public again over the next few weeks. Customers can be reassured that our staff have been working hard to ensure your visit is a safe and enjoyable one and our staff are keen to see you back as soon as possible.
