Federal Activities:
On March 1, Federal Housing Finance Agency Director Mark Calabria announced that he authorized the disbursement of $1.09 billion for Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac’s affordable housing allocations for 2020. $711 million will go to the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development for the Housing Trust Fund, an increase from the $326.4 million disbursed for 2019. On February 25, the Board of Governors of the Federal Reserve System, Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation, and Office of the Comptroller of Currency issued the Shared National Credit Review for 2020.
