We need farming to be economically viable for young people and to supply restaurants like me the stuff that i need because what happens at my restaurant ultimately filters out to the rest of society. If you look at this chart, im not going to go into all the details of it, but you basically have a very small triangle which represents the family farm and on the other side the large part of the triangle which represents commodity agriculture.
