Hays Farm in south Huntsville announces first restaurant

Developers at Hays Farm in Huntsville on Wednesday announced its first restaurant an upscale steak & seafood restaurant expected to open late next year.
Tom Brown’s Restaurant is opening its second location in Madison County, preceded by its flagship restaurant at The Shoppes of Madison in Madison. It will be part of The Market at Hays Farm, a shopping development anchored by Publix and Staples.
The restaurant is owned and operated by Tom Brown and Paul Daley and “focuses on providing the freshest ingredients in a casual, yet elevated, atmosphere,” the announcement said. Atlanta-based Branch Properties is the developer.
