Police were chasing Hakeem Waheed Muhammad when he collided with a car, killing a 6-year-old girl. Muhammad was wanted in relation to the murder of Devan Dampier.
The man killed in a Thursday night shooting in Minneapolis has been identified as Devan Dampier, 28, of Minneapolis by the Hennepin County Medical Examiner.
