If eligible, customers could have their balances for anything owed between April 2020 and July zeroed out, according to the city.

The Victorville City Council has approved a land purchase and a $300,000 grant for the largest homeless shelter in the High Desert, but a construction date and a major funding source for the project remain uncertain.
