It's a doubleheader for the city of Detroit Friday with Tigers Opening Day and a Red Wings home game critical in their playoff run. Needless to say, Detroit will be packed Friday with events.
Today, the builders of the first 3D-printed home in the Midwest held a ribbon-cutting ceremony. The home is located at 1444 Sheridan Street in Detroit's Islandview Neighborhood.
“My heart is racing right now. April 25th is in our sights," said Dave Beachnau. "Planning will amplify here very quickly, but we’ve got a good plan in place.”
