[ crying ] this is a good-bye that just doesn t make a hell of a lot of sense. this is a father saying good-bye to his wife and two teenage children. his name is jorge garcia. he was brought to the united states by his parents when he was 10 years old. today, after living and working here for 30 years, jorge garcia was deported to mexico. his wife, cindy, says he has no criminal record. he has paid his taxes, and that he is a good man. cindy garcia was born here. she s a citizen. she says they tried to do the right thing. their lawyer filed the wrong paperwork. this is a story you hear so often about people getting
