A 15-year veteran of the department, Detective Balberde is currently assigned as the supervisor of the Area I Criminal Investigation Division’s Crime Reduction Unit, in East Hawai‘i.
Irvin Tysen Agres, age 41, is wanted on two outstanding warrants of arrest, as well as for questioning relative to numerous other felony investigations. He is described as 5 feet 7 inches tall, 155 pounds, with brown hair and brown eyes. Agres is known to frequent the Hilo and Puna areas and is also known to be armed and dangerous.
