Officers were called about 2:45 a.m. to the 3300 block of Webb Chapel Extension, just north of Bachman Lake, where they found 35-year-old Victor Suarez lying wounded on the ground outside an apartment. Suarez was taken to a hospital, where he died. No arrests have been made.
