WARETOWN, NJ The death of a woman whose body was found near the Barnegat Branch Trail in Waretown has been labeled suspicious, the Ocean County Prosecutor s Office said Saturday.
The woman s identity has not been released.
Her body was found Friday in a wooded area of the trail near Country Line Road in Waretown, Prosecutor Bradley D. Billhimer said. Ocean Township police were notified about 1:30 p.m. Friday about an unresponsive woman near the trail, and found her dead.
