Drugs with an estimated street value of €2.58 million euro have been seized in Dublin.
129kgs of a substance, suspected to be Cannabis Herb, were found in Lusk during an intelligence led operation between the Garda National Drugs and Organised Crime Bureau and Revenue s Customs Service.
Two men, aged 45 and 52 were arrested and are currently detained in Balbriggan and Dun Laoghaire Garda Stations.

Approximately 129kgs of a substance Gardaí suspect to be cannabis herb, with an estimated street value of €2.58 million, was seized in the Lusk area of north Co Dublin.
Two men, aged 45 and 52, were arrested and are currently detained in Balbriggan and Dun Laoghaire Garda Stations, pursuant to the provisions of Section 2 of the Criminal Justice (Drug Trafficking) Act,

Two men have been arrested following a €2.5 million drug seizure in north Co Dublin.
The 129kg of suspected cannabis herb, with an estimated street value of €2.58 million, was seized yesterday during an operation by the Garda Drugs and Organised Crime Bureau and Customs in the Lusk area.
The drugs were smuggled in through Dublin port and kept under surveillance.
Armed officers stopped a van in Lusk and seized the drugs.
One man was arrested at the scene, a second man a short time later.
Officers from the Bureau also searched several homes and industrial units.
The two men, aged 45 and 52, are being detained under Section 2 of the Drug Trafficking Act in Balbriggan and Dún Laoghaire garda stations.
