Reporter after witnesses say braxton calmed down and was seated, storm, at alleged shooter, approached with his handgun a concealed to carry permit and some sort of badge. It appears from our investigation that he ordered it on line and there is an indication that he said he was a a Police Officer or was Law Enforcement but he clearly changed the situation. Reporter steele said an argument broke out between the two men, braxton punched storm and then storm opened fire. The gun being brought into the situation escalated it, and then the victim reacted to that and then the defendant shot him twice. This has been a tragic situation, for so many people.
