Section 107 of the bill is entitled “Member Designated Project Authorizations.” It says: “The amount listed for each member designated project in the table…shall be available…for fiscal year 2022 to carry out each project.” The 140 th project listed in this section of the bill is called the “Golden Gate Bridge Physical Suicide Deterrent System Project.” The bill specifies that it will get $6,550,000.

Section 107 of the bill is entitled “Member Designated Project Authorizations.” It says: “The amount listed for each member designated project in the table…shall be available…for fiscal year 2022 to carry out each project.” The 196 th project listed in this section of the bill is called the “Quint-Jerrold Connector Road.” The bill specifies that it will get $7,200,000.
