Lastly, those in Jefferson Square in the western addition, with over a million in a grant reward replaced the entire system, installed a stateoftheart system, nomonth grass and drought tolerant landscaping features throughout the perimeter of that large park. Have not been through there recently and will take the consensus down the first week in december. Its been a transformative project for us. Lets see. In february of this year the department submitted the required application documents for this project. It ranks as one of the highest water using parks of all of our parks in our entire system. I really appreciate hearing from members of labor also supporting a meaningful process because i think that means a better project in the end. I think thats a good thing. I did want to address the point about the holidays. We heard that comment and, so, because of that we did move the scoping meeting to mid january so we will not be holding a scoping meeting in december as had been previously planned, understanding that people are during the holidays are distracted, i think that is a very valid concern. Seeing none, commissioner antonini . Mr. Cowan spoke precisely of what i brought up on a number of instances and that is why i wasnt supportive, because i wasnt really clear on levels. This level that could float in certain instances say for example you brought the ami to 120140 percentile, but you have to produce a higher percentage because your subsidy is less. So therefore, you begin to address the middleclass, because you get a couple of city employees, particularly if they are in Public Safety, and they are way above the levels that would be allowed by this program. They good to try to buy something and part of the provision with prop c, particularly with Public Safety officials, but i think using that in general is a good system. Because you can build a higher number because your subsidy is less if the income levels
