JOLIET, IL Three 21-year-old Joliet men and a 17-year-old boy were captured by Joliet police Saturday night following a high-speed chase that ended with a crash into another motorist s car at the northeast frontage road near Fiday Road. Eventually, Joliet police say they recovered a loaded gun from the fleeing car and made four arrests.
The four people in the fleeing car were being pursued from a drive-by shooting on Joliet s southeast side, in the 100 block of Fifth Avenue, police said.
