in the early morning hours last week dequincy brown and desean gill ri were driving an atv down the road three miles from the nearest stoplight. they were hunting for frogs and deputy was in the area on a burglary call for an atv. he saw the couple on one and he stopped them. a struggle broke out and then the deputy then shot gillerie dead. the incidence that led to that widely differ. says brown tried to grab his gun and he attempted to arrest gillery. brown s attorney says authorities are misrepresenting brown s version of events that night and that the officer was the one to start the fight. the big key here though is that police say they are reviewing dash cam video from the officer s patrol car that day. you would like to think that if video does exist a lot of these questions could be answered for us.
