Patty Sayad, wife of former Des Plaines City Council member Dick Sayad, passed away late Monday night, Feb. 13. Born Dec. 9, 1950, Patty and Dick were constant companions at local events and at restaurants. They were married for 37 years. According to Mr. Sayad, his wife loved her family, traveling, boating and visiting restaurants.
