Sergeant tony beminio had been with the Des Moines Police Department Since 2005. Officer Justin Martin just joined the Urbandale Department last year. Scott greene is accused of killing both officers. The shootings happened within 20 minutes of each other early yesterday morning. Police said the officers had no chance to defend themselves.
