DES MOINES, Iowa A fictional restaurant appearing in several cult-classic films is popping up for about a week in the East Village. (And selling real food.)
Mooby s opened in the Up-Down Arcade Bar in Des Moines East Village March 31st, selling burgers called Cow Tippers with a side of Onion Rings to rule them all.
According to Mooby s website, the pop-up is an interactive experience with photo ops and merchandise from some of Kevin Smith s famous films like Jay and Silent Bob, Clerks II and Dogma.
It costs $29 to reserve a time to get in and purchase a meal.
