The tile retailer has signed a 10-year lease to occupy an 8,000 sq ft unit at the Old Swan complex.
Tile Mountain’s Merseyside showroom is its fourth site overall, adding to existing outlets in Stoke, Stockport and Birmingham.
Under the deal with landlord The Derwent Group, Tile Mountain will occupy the unit next to B&Q at Derwent Group’s Liverpool Shopping Park, located on Edge Lane.
National bed retailer Dreams also recently confirmed it would join the park, taking the 10,000 sq ft unit at the junction of Edge Lane and Rathbone Road next to the Tile Mountain showroom.

Nationwide bed retailer Dreams has signed a 10-year lease at Liverpool Shopping Park and agreed an expansion at White City Retail Park, Old Trafford, both owned by The Derwent Group.
Dreams will occupy a 10,021 sq. ft unit within the lifestyle-focused part of Liverpool Shopping Park. Fronting Edge Lane, this area already houses B&Q.
At White City, the retailer has renewed its lease for a further 10 years and will move from its current corner location to a larger unit, which increases its footprint by almost 2,000 sq ft.
Further White City tenants include Currys PC World, Halfords, Wren and Furniture Village as well as M&S Food Hall, Iceland Warehouse, Aldi, Nando’s and Costa.
