Public Notice CONWY County Borough Council (CCBC) and Denbighshire County Council (DCC) wish to make residents aware of some of the temporary traffic orders being imposed in both areas. CCBC has made the following orders: Prohibit vehicles proceeding through Hafodunos Llangernyw at Pont Rhyd Y Gerwyn. This is necessary to facilitate works to the bridge. Order comes into effect on May 20, lasting around nine weeks. Prohibit vehicles to proceeding through Allt Ddu Llansannan at Rhydyrarian New Bridge - necessary to facilitate works to the bridge. Order comes into effect on May 20, lasting around 16 weeks. The following closures by DCC are also necessary to facilitate surface dressing carried out by the Works Unit and all expected to last between May 24 and October 24.
ROAD closures will be in place across Denbighshire this month due to surfacing works. Denbighshire Council has issued a series of public notices detailing the latest road closures that will affect motorists due to a temporary traffic order. The closures are necessary to facilitate surface dressing by Denbighshire County Council Works Unit . Pedestrian access will be maintained throughout the period of closures. The Orders are effective from 24th May 2021 for an eighteen month period or the earlier completion of the works. The works are expected to last approximately until 24th October 2021.
