Tulsa Police arrested a man who they said forced his way into a woman’s apartment where he sexually assaulted her.
The victim told officers that 35-year-old Derrick Gilmore used a package on her porch to get her to open the door. They said when she cracked the door, he forced his way inside.
Police said the victim asked him to leave but he wouldn’t. Gilmore is now in the Tulsa County Jail for first-degree rape and burglary.
