I am COVID fatigued, as I am sure many of you are also, with all of the back and forth of the rules and regulations. Thank goodness for our pets. There was a time when if you were caught talking and singing to your pet, some would think you having a little lapse. But not anymore. Having a one-way conversation with the dog or cat or other pet is seen as comforting and fun and good for our mental health. I look forward to daily walks and the dog reminds me of the timing of those walks. We can learn a lot from our animals that live in our homes and roam the outdoors.
