Three Norfolk friends have taken the plunge into playwriting.Chris Rait, Jeannine Bouw and Mark Williams, educators with the Brant-Haldimand Norfolk Catholic District School Board, have created and developed their first play for the Lighthouse Festival Theatre.
Ritschel is excited for this play and the other plays on the horizon.
As to what the theatre will look like, he expects they will have an announcement in the coming weeks.
They are trying to be open and flexible in order to get some form of production up and running this year with the goal to have things somewhat back to normal, if not completely back to normal, in 2022.
For this summer, talks are still underway, but Ritschel does say that the prospect of outdoor shows are holding the most promise at this time.
