Reporter Kelly Hessedal has more. justine a Domestic Violence suspect is in Critical Condition tonight. After being shot by a Police Officer near sonoma state university. The shooting happened early yesterday morning on east cotati avenue in rohnert park. An officer spotted the 22 yearold man walking out of a creek bed as he was following up on a Domestic Violence call. And when the officer approached the suspect. Police say he got aggressive and attempted to run away. The officer used a stun gun on the man. And then shot him twice. The suspects name is not being released.
