All the violence first began before 5 00 last night with this drive by shooting near chestnut and 28th street. Neighbors describe a frightening scene. As many as 20 gunshots. Less say in the end a woman in her 20s was hit and died at the scene while a man and a boy were injured in the shooting and had to be hospitalized.
