Caracas, Mar 23 (Prensa Latina) The Full Chamber of the Supreme Court of Justice (TSJ) of Venezuela declared admissible the prosecution of pro-government deputy Hugbel Rafael Roa, in accordance with the request submitted by the Public Ministry, a statement reported today. The TSJ pointed out that elements of conviction are evident that compromise his responsibility, for the alleged commission of crimes typified in Venezuelan anti-corruption legislation.
