This has intensified the suffering of citizens, especially the sick among them. Umm Salama Ahmed, 65, fears her medicine has spoiled due to the 3-day power outage in East Nile. Her son was forced to search for new treatment in other areas, risking his life by crossing areas controlled by warring forces.
